Message	BTW I'm pretty sure Kyle@IPP can do a stock rebuild for a reasonable price. Many years ago when I was rebuilding my engine and was getting frustrated at the project I asked Kyle and he did confirm that he could have done a factory rebuild for me if I wanted to. Getting another Z might land you in the same place. These are old cars, most of the time abused and finding a clean one can be a task. Sometimes it will require flying to other states, inspecting the car, hoping that it is in the condition the seller describes, finishing the transaction and driving the car back home. Not many people have that luxury of being able to do that. The OP has had this car since 2003. Seems like it can be saved and brought back to life.
